Orders and shipping

Where do you ship from?

All items are shipped from multiple countries, including the US and China.

How long does it take for orders to be processed?

Orders are processed within 1-2 working days.

How long does shipping take?

For orders within the US, shipping takes between 6-9 working days.

For orders outside of the US, delivery can take up to 11-26 working days, though factors such as custom clearance can impact this.

Certain items may not be eligible for international shipping due to restrictions.

When is the order cut-off?

There is no order cut-off. You are free to purchase whenever you see fit.

Will I receive multiple packages if I order different items?

Yes, some items may be shipped separately if they come from different suppliers. 

Do you provide tracking?

Yes, when applicable.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

We cannot ship to a P.O. box address.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer no refunds or returns, with an exception for damaged products.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

In the event of an item arriving damaged, contact must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the goods and we will advise whether a return is necessary.

We request photographic evidence of all damages wherever possible rather than a return.

If you receive goods that are faulty or incomplete on arrival, you must notify us within 72 hours of receipt of the item by email. 

Please note we will offer a refund for any faulty items instead of a replacement for orders.
